Born 1980 Bristol 

BA Hons Degree.  Fine Art  

Studied art, design, sculpture and creative textiles in Bristol, Falmouth College of Arts, Cornwall College and Plymouth University. 

Mixed media artist primarily working with paint / collage / print / stitch to create emotional responses to personal experiences, usually semi abstract landscapes and experimental textile sample pieces.  Interested in art as therapy and using art as a means of intuitively working through unconscious transitional emotional states of being. 

Previously sold work at The New Craftsman, St Ives, participated in a collaborative project with Eden planting the sculpture ‘The Seed’ in 2007, regularly taking part in Cornwall Open Studios, and working on mindful creative workshops whilst exhibiting annually. 

Also a qualified therapeutic counsellor using creative interventions within a therapeutic context and has a keen interest in the positive effects art has on mental health and wellbeing.
